Every retail purchase comes with a 60-day limited warranty for desktop computers (including accessories) and a 30 day limited warranty for laptop computers.
QUALITY FROM START TO FINISH
* There is a 60 day hardware warranty on desktop computers. Parts found to be defective will be replaced (Not the entire computer). There is a 60 day replacement warranty on computer accessories, items found to be defective will be replaced. Items must be brought in no later than 60 days from date of purchase to be covered under this warranty, no exceptions.
* There is a 30 day hardware warranty on laptop computers. Parts found to be defective will be replaced (Not the entire computer). There is a 30 day replacement warranty on laptop accessories, items found to be defective will be replaced. Items must be brought in no later than 30 days from date of purchase to be covered under this warranty, no exceptions.
* Repaired desktop computers left more than sixty (60) days after first notification of completion will become property of “CRS” and can be used or sold to recover repair costs.
* Repaired laptop computers left more than thirty (30) days after first notification of completion will become property of “CRS” and can be used or sold to recover repair costs.
* Data is the sole responsibility of the Customer. We will attempt to recover as much data as possible (as requested) however under certain circumstances there is a possibility that data will be irrecoverable.
* It is the responsibility of the Customer to supply the original invoice from the sale or service of the equipment for warranty purposes. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied unless specifically stated.
NOT included by this warranty: Any software problems including virus cleaning, data recovery, Windows reinstallation, driver installation, etc. Physical damage is not covered by warranty.
